Overview

POND is the most complete onshore aquaculture modelling software.

The model uses an ecosystem approach to aquaculture to address the sustainability of onshore aquaculture production, economics and water quality effects.

The model provides an insight into how shrimp growth is conditioned by different factors, allowing aquaculture farms to develop a better mechanism to estimate shrimp population, better determine feeding requirements and predict the water quality effects.
